With increasing intensity stirring, the reaction system achieved uniform mixing, mass transfer and diffusion resistance was greatly reduced, which significantly speeded up the reaction rate. Seen from Figure 5 (c) ,nano-CaCO3 achieved orderly growth at mineral particle surface at a stirring speed of 400rpm, and better coating results were gotten. SEM image in Figure 5(e) showed that the coating in mineral particle surface had a less effective in the speed of 600 and 800rpm.
